Founded in 2022 by Philipp Körting, PK began from a desire to help companies and organizations thrive in a complex and ever-changing modern market.
We apply our unique skills and experience to level up our clients’ techniques, technologies and processes, while still retaining the unique soul they were founded on.

Philipp Körting
Founder / Managing Director
Philipp is our passionate “doer” and our “face to the world.”
For him, the phrase “impossible doesn't exist“ is a life philosophy that guarantees your maximum success.
His greatest strength is in networking.
Denise Ewald
Head of Operations
Denise is our ace in the hole.
She is PK’s helmswoman, ensuring we stay on track with clarity, structure, heart and 120% passion.
Paul Rebar
Visibility Consultant
Paul is our creative head, and sees things others don't. He has a keen eye for detail.
To him, a company's visibility is not an option, but a necessity like the air we breathe.
Being a native English-speaker, Paul is also our point of contact for international clients.

Office Manager
Juliane is the team's kind soul.
She's there when you need her.
Juliane ensures our clients are in the best hands and feel seen and understood.

Justyna is our natural, honest and direct powerhouse who unleashes her true strength under pressure and achieves the best results for our clients.
Justyna's impatience is her strength!
She is also our point of contact for PK’s Polish clients.

He is approachable, open, and communicative. Patience is his strength!
